Dr. Shelena Lalji

 

Dr. Shelena Lalji, known as “Dr. Shel”, is the founder and medical director of Dr. Shel Wellness and Medical Spa in Sugarland, TX. For over 14 years, she has been inspiring and educating people on how to live their best lives possible by giving them the tools to create balance and harmony in their lives through her integrative medical approach.

After practicing traditional women’s healthcare for over 10 years as a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist, she felt the need to focus on a comprehensive approach to women’s health focusing on the balance between mind, body and spirit.

This journey inspired Dr. Shel to create a supportive and serene environment in which she provides the highest level of care for her patients. Her mission is to help her patients by empowering them to cherish and honor themselves so they can live their lives to the fullest.

She assists her patients in this process by guiding them through a journey with natural, bio-identical hormones, nutritional balancing, allergy treatments, state-of-the-art aesthetic treatments, and a healthy life balance.

Dr. Shel is a well-known keynote speaker, a medical expert, and a knowledgeable trainer for fellow integrative practitioners. She believes in and lives by a deep-seated balance in her own life while she fulfills and enjoys her many roles as: physician, women’s health advocate, strong supporter of her community, wife, and mother of two beautiful children.
